British born mixed media artist Samantha Schulz graduated in 1989 from Bradford School of Art, UK with a BA in Art and Design with Distinction, specializing in Fine Art printmaking under the tutelage of Ian Colverson.

In her final year she was nominated for The Graduate Artist of the Year Award.

She left England in 1990 and has since lived in eight different countries with her husband and two children. She collects inspiration from her experiences of life and culture in cities as diverse as Paris, Vienna, Nicosia, Istanbul, and Kuala Lumpur.

Since graduating she has had several solo exhibitions in Vienna and exhibited in group shows in the United Kingdom and continental Europe. Her nomadic lifestyle has meant that she has mainly sold work directly from her studios. Most recently she has exhibited with the prestigious concept store Seliger Vienna, as part of their Salon Seliger Chambers d’amis series, and at Labo-noir in Bussum, The Netherlands.

She currently divides her time between her studios in Vienna and Amsterdam.
